The Be Our Guest Podcast 12 Hour Live Show is upon us once again! This year's festivities will take place on Sunday, July 30 from 9:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST.
This special show is all to benefit the amazing Give Kids The World Village in Orlando, Florida. This facility is a non-profit organization that exists only to fulfill the wishes of all children with life-threatening illnesses and their families from around the world to experience a memorable, joyful, cost-free visit to the Central Florida attractions, and to enjoy the magic of Give Kids The World Village for as long as there is a need.
As a podcast family, in the past six years, we have donated well over $84,000.00 to help families that can really use a little magic in their lives. We can't wait to raise a little more and hopefully beat our very lofty goal, yet again. And a lofty goal it is! We are hoping that this year, we can raise $17,000! This year's Be Our Guest Podcast 12 Hour Live Show Auction will be run via the Be Our Guest Podcast’s Facebook Page. The auction items will be found in a special album titled 2017 Be Our Guest Podcast 12 Hour Live Show Auction For GKTW. Each item up for auction will be listed individually. Items will feature a starting price based on fair market value and bidding must increase by increments of at minimum $1.00, unless otherwise specified. The auction will begin at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2017 and end promptly at 7:30 p.m. on July 30, 2017. No further bids will be taken after bidding closes at 7:30 p.m.
Winners will be notified via Facebook on or around July 31. Bids will be finalized when winners make their donation for that particular auction item after 8:00 p.m. on July 31 to https://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/beourguestpodcast/LiveShow2017. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” Auction Donations must be made in full by August 7, 2017 at the donation website. Auction items will be shipped to winners by August 31, 2017. If you are the auction winner of a particular item and you do not make your donation by August 7, 2017, the next highest donator will have the option to make a donation for the item in the amount that that person bid. Shipping is complimentary and most items can be shipped anywhere, unless otherwise noted. By bidding in the Be Our Guest Podcast’s silent auctions, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
